We are currently building the company’s ecosystem that will enable the transitioning from start-up to scaled-up, mature organization which passes from the prototyping to the production phase. We are looking for a capable and resourceful person who will cope with the operations in the field of manufacturing, logistics and facilities management and have the willingness to take over even more responsibility as COO along with the company’s growth.

Your responsibilities:
- setting up and managing manufacturing process (low series at the beginning), including work organization, processes efficiency, continuous improvement, H&S measures etc.
- lead the logistics operations for industrial fairs and shows as well as for the customer & investors' visits
- managing current company’s facilities and car fleet and taking ownership of its development in line with the company’s growth
- preparing the company for large scale production and leading afterwards the greenfield or brownfield project along with Plant Manager
- ensuring logistics & supply chain management basics in close cooperation with procurement function
• help navigating the company through the breakthrough transition process by sharing the knowledge and best industry practices
• closely cooperate with all functions and stakeholders to keep the company “on track”.
• forming an efficient operations team.
Job requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in managerial position gained in a company producing hardware, preferably in the area of plant operations, production unit / lean / program management or similar
- experience in manufacturing site planning and awareness of Lean philosophy and tools
- solid knowledge of industry best standards also in fields of logistics and manufacturing facilities management
- excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills, with “no task is too big or too small” approach
- decision taker and problem solver combined with people orientation
- both Polish and English fluent speaker
- experience in scaling the start-up would be a plus.
